Admissions Online

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open to the public on February 15, at 9 AM. This is the process for new families.

Welcome to Lincoln School’s admissions process. We’re thrilled that you are considering joining the Lincoln Christian School family! THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST STEP in the process for all new students.  Current families adding a student, as well as brand new families adding students for the very first time - you are in the right place to begin! 

Our admissions process includes an online application AND an online enrollment. We recommend that you complete these steps from a computer. You may be able to complete most of the process on a tablet or phone; however, it typically works best from a computer.

 

Our process for K-12 admissions includes 4 steps:

  1. Online application – basic information on the prospective student and family, including the upload of the Transfer of Records Request Form (for K-12 students transferring from another school). 

  2. Online enrollment – after the online application has been processed (typically 24 hours) you will receive an email from Lincoln Christian School prompting you to complete the online enrollment. For this step, you will need to upload a digital copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization history (or refusal). If you do not have access to a scanner, we have a few simple tips we’ve shared at the bottom of this email. If your prospective student is applying for 7-12 grade, the student will need to complete a questionnaire within the enrollment packet. This step will include payment of the registration fee and the setup of tuition payments.

  3. Testing - Following the submission of your online enrollment packet, you will recieve a call from the Principal's assistant to set up testing. Testing is required for all incoming kindergarteners, and grades 7-12 as well as students transferring in from out-of-state or homeschool. If you have not reveieved a call within 3 business days of your submission, please contact me.

  4. Principal Interview – When the Principal's assistant conatcts you to schedule testing, the Principal interview will also be scheduled. 

* FOR PRESCHOOL, the process is slightly different. The interview with the Preschool Director takes place after the application, and before the enrollment. 

 

Create an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an AccountPlease save your username and password as we are not able to retrieve this information. We do not want you to have to start this process over. Use the email verification link you receive after creating an account to verify your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Current families adding a new student, you will login to FACTSMGT.com, click "Apply/Enroll," then click "application," and begin the process of adding a new student to your family. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging in to your account.
